About Us

Compare Coaches is organised by travel professionals. All information on the venues we service, coach routes, and prices for each event is available on our website. If you have any further queries, please contact us via the details provided on our Contact page.

Like all businesses, we operate under a set of Terms & Conditions and a Company Code of Conduct. We comply fully with the rules and regulations set by the Department for the Economy Northern Ireland (DOENI) for road transport, as required of all bus and coach operators.

General Conditions of Travel

  • There are no age restrictions on our coaches; however, customers should check individual event policies.

  • All passengers under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Some vehicles are fitted with toilets and others are not. We cannot guarantee toilet facilities; please state if you require a toilet.

  • As we provide transport to events and venues that serve alcohol, some passengers may be under the influence of alcohol. Aggressive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated, in consideration of other passengers and our drivers.

  • For most concerts/events, particularly at larger venues, venue management will be on hand to deal with any issues that may arise.

  • Alcohol is not permitted on any PSV vehicle, in accordance with DOENI regulations. Alcohol may be carried in luggage stored in the hold but must not be consumed on the vehicle.

  • If an event is cancelled, customers will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Charter & Private Bookings

  • Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to the scheduled trip → Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior → 50% cancellation fee

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior → 100% of the total booking cost

  • Bookings made within 72 hours of departure may require a deposit or full payment

  • No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable

Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

  • Deposits (or part thereof) may be applied as a credit toward a future booking at the discretion of Compare Coaches

Changes & Rescheduling

  • Subject to availability

  • Additional charges may apply

  • Requests should be made as early as possible

Weather & Force Majeure

Compare Coaches is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Road conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Events beyond our control

Where possible, we will work with customers to reschedule. Refunds are not guaranteed.

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or the official booking platform. By confirming a booking, customers acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

Website Information & Privacy

  • When making an enquiry, we may collect your name and email address to contact you if necessary.

  • We also monitor website traffic and usage to improve site design and functionality.

  • Compare Coaches does not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties.

  • By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Compare Coaches.

  • Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on this page.

VAT & Amendments

  • VAT is added where applicable at the standard rate of 20%
